Northern Co-operative Meat Company Ltd is recognised throughout the world as producers of first grade Beef and Veal Offal and Fancy Meats. The type of market supplied varies considerably from manufacturing end users to first class restaurants in Australia, Europe, Asia and the Americas.
The Co-operative has in place accredited Meat Safety Quality Assurance (MSQA) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) quality systems and is also one of the few meat processing plants in Australia with an AUS-Meat A+ rating.
The Co-operative prides itself in being able to supply items to the customers’ exact specification. It is also able to use accredited segregated systems to pack products for Halal, Organic and EU markets in either chilled or frozen options.
These features combined with the shortest possible period between slaughter, packing and refrigeration ensure products arrive to the customer in the best possible condition and guarantee the highest level of food safety possible.
